| Nutrition Tip of the Month
Skip the morning donut with protein for breakfast.
Most cereals are high in sugar which makes you feel full
for only a short while. Avoid needing a donut mid-morning by eating a breakfast that is higher in fibre and protein.
Try yogurt, grain-based cereals, and/or smoothies. |
