Today, it can be hard to know what to eat. Growing up the focus was on three-square meals a day. And, healthy eating meant to focus on more vegetables and less fat. Today, this is still a healthy way to eat. However, omega-3s, fibre and trans fats have made healthy eating a little more complicated.

If you are interested in one-on-one nutritional consultation with Allison to learn ways you can make healthier food, nutrient and lifestyle decisions to better achieve healthy living, than fill in the Nutritional Consultation Request Form (here). As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Allison consults Canadians about matters of nutrition and health intended for general well-being.
Out of Town?
Consultation by phone is available for those who live out of town.
What to expect?
Within one week of receiving the Nutritional Consultation Request Form, Allison will contact you to discuss more specifics about organizing a consultation with her on health matters intended for general well-being. Allison reserves the right to refuse consultation to individuals whom she feels her services would not benefit.
The next stage involves completing the Nutritional and Lifestyle Assessment Form (NLAF) which will be sent to you after your first discussions with Allison. Your first appointment will be 30 minutes and you will review your NLAF with Allison and discuss possible nutritional and lifestyle changes that may address your health concerns. You will leave this first meeting with detailed information to help you make educated decisions about food, nutrition and your lifestyle. Additional appointment needs will be arranged as needed. All information is kept strictly confidential. As an RHN, Allison is bound to a code of ethics which she prides in stringently following. If you have any questions or concerns please address those with Allison before you complete the NLAF.
